A pesar que los militares han estado presentes en las calles de San Bernardo “resguardando”, se ha visto un aumento de la delincuencia.
Han sido múltiples las denuncias que nos han llegado por robos en casas, colegios y empresas. También ha sido comun ver a vehículos sin patente asaltando y sin mayor preocupación.
Tras la promulgación del Estado de Catastrofe, realizado por el gobierno, en ocasión de la pandemia que vive nuestro país, los militares se han apoderado de las calles de nuestra comuna y del país, pero son los mismos vecinos quienes han manifestado que eso solo ha sido en el papel, porqué en la práctica no ha sido así.
Las fiestas en los barrios y el uso de las multicanchas para un partido de baby fútbol han reunido a centenares de jovenes, además de generarse una violación flagante a la cuarentena y al toque de queda. Es por esto que vecinos han llamado a las fuerzas policiales y estas no han llegado.
Cuarentena y restricciones de desplazamiento, con bastante televisión y publicidad comenzó en un sector de nuestra comuna, sin embargo día a día fue desapareciendo la fiscalización, y hoy solo ocasionalmente se pueden encontrar a carabineros o militares haciendo controles en las calles de nuestra comuna.
Como medio de comunicación hemos tenido que informar de robos a casas, colegios y jardines infantiles, porque delincuentes han aprovechado las solitarias calles para ingresar y generar un gran daño a nuestra comuna.
Por otro lado, el robo a bencineras, farmacias y locales comerciales mas pequeños también ha sido una constante de las noches.
Violencia en los centros de salud, tras el estrés que vivimos por la pandemia, vecinos ante la desesperación han mostrado lo peor de ellos, y son conocidas las situaciones donde han insultado e inclusive agredido al personal de salud, con tal de conseguir una atención.
También se han visto a delincuentes armados llegar hasta los Sapus exigiendo una atención.
Pero fue anoche, tras el inicio de la cuarentena total para nuestra comuna que vivimos una de las noches con mayores situaciones delictuales. Fue a la misma hora que la Gobernadora la Sra. Maria Jose Puigrredón anunciaba en las redes sociales un gran contingente de militares, carabineros, PDI y funcionarios municipales, es que se desataba la delincuencia.
San Bernardo tuvo una noche más de delincuencia.
Por el sector norte vecinos alertaban del robo a la farmacia de Av. Ochagavia con Los Pinos, minutos después nos alertaban de asaltos a vecinos de un vehículo sin patente de la Villa Manuel Magallanes y Población La Selva.
El tráfico de drogas continuaba haciendo de las suyas en el sector oriente de nuestra comuna, llegando incluso a generarse filas para comprar drogas en algunas esquinas de nuestra población.
Otras situaciones se han repetido, como robo de bicicletas, vehículos abiertos, etc.
